The mission of Toastmasters International is to help men and women develop interpersonal relationships, and improve their leadership, speaking, listening, and thinking skills. In concert with this mission, Freddy’s Forum provides a mutually supportive and positive learning environment with peer-to-peer counseling, where every member has the opportunity to develop their communication and leadership skills.
At Freddy’s Forum, members have the opportunity to make formal and impromptu speeches to practice verbal communication skills. More experienced members also give constructive evaluations on the formal speeches to help newer members grow. Other management and leadership skills are developed by participating in Toastmasters International speech contests and organizing special events at the club, area, division, district and regional levels. Freddy’s Forum provides opportunities for all members to develop their communication and leadership skills.
